Remote work, the right way
The acceleration of remote work is a chance to start from a fresh perspective, as opposed to emulating the 9-5. So how do you maintain productivity, and promote freedom?
The Remote work Dystopia
Remote working has been around for a long time, but many companies are still cautious about employees working from home. Monitoring tools are used to micromanage employees, record their clicks and keystrokes, capture their screen, and alert their manager when they're away from their computer. This harms privacy, dignity and trust akin to 1984.
Remotish is not a privacy-invading monitoring tool and never will be. We do not monitor online status, we do not record clicks or keystrokes, we do not screenshot desktops. We do not install any spyware whatsoever.
With Remotish, your employees can work with piece of mind, and you can attract the best talent.
The Remote Work Utopia
The freedom to work the hours you choose, to fit whatever lifestyle you have, and work when you perform best. Need to take a break? Go ahead.
Of course, in a perfect utopia we'd do no work. The catch is employees still need to complete their work, and ideally check-in at the start and end of the day with an update.
Milestone-first
Remotish favours a milestone-first approach. Managers can see the overall progress made on a project, check daily updates provided by employees, and, for example, schedule a video call, or a even a showcase for employees to demonstrate their work.
Meanwhile, employees are free to complete their work their own way, in their own time, without any intrusion to their privacy.
It's a win-win for everyone. Keep your employees happy, show that you trust them, and they will be compelled to do their best work.
