Remotish is an organization, team, and project management application designed to help on-site and remote workers collaborate together.
Remotish is already a stable release, but we have temporarily reverted to beta until our feature set has caught up with existing software. You can still pre-register and we will notify you as soon as we have opened more registrations. The more registrations we have, the faster we can launch.
Remotish Workspace costs €3.99 per user per month when billed annually and €4.99 per user per month when billed monthly. Remotish Team costs €5.99 per user per month when billed annually and €7.99 per user per month when billed monthly.
We accept any major card, as facilitated by Stripe. If you would like to know more about our thresholds for alternative payment methods, for example by bank transfer, please get in touch. Enterprise customers are offered this as standard.
Security is our top priority. We use encryption in transit (256-bit SSL, HSTS, DNSSEC), encryption at rest, and 2FA, by default. We also keep all data except payment info on C5 compliant servers in the EU. Your data is covered by the EU’s data protection and privacy laws. Payment info is stored on Stripe to ensure certified security of financial data. Read more.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and a prorated charge will be applied to your account.
Yes, you can add or remove team members any time without changing your subscription up to the total seats you subscribed to. You can increase or decrease your subscribed seats at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and a prorated charge will be applied to your account.
Yes, non-profits and educational institutions are eligible for a 35% discount. Register an account with an official NGO, school or University email address, then email us with an explanation of your work from the same email address, and we will inform you as to whether or not you are eligible for the discount.

Yes, sales tax, GST, or VAT may be applied to your total charge depending on your billing address.
You may cancel your subscription or free trial at any time and you will not be charged for any further usage. We do not offer refunds.
If you need more than 100 seats, please contact sales and we will arrange your requested number of seats.
You can try our software free with the full feature set for a limited period. We currently don’t offer a free forever plan. The advantage of this is that we do not sell or own your data, we do not display any ads, and we are able to reduce emissions. We would like to offer a free forever plan in future, but only if we can match these requirements.
The full feature set of the selected plan is available during the free trial period. Per user storage is substituted with a total storage limit during the free trial (e.g. 10GB total for the Teams Plan). Please contact us if you would like to begin your subscription early to unlock per user storage.
Since our software launched in 2020, we don’t currently offer the depth of features that you may find in established project management applications, but we are catching up rapidly with new features being released every week. Let us know if there is a feature you need.
Currently we only offer the Workspace and Team plans during registration. Contact us if you would like information on our Enterprise plan, or if you have any custom requirements or budget.
We are slowly rolling out worldwide and are opening registration country by country. If you try to register in a country we haven’t yet launched in, a notice will be displayed. If you would like to know if or when your country will be available, feel free to ask us.
At least 10% of our revenue goes directly to environmental and carbon-reduction projects. Remotish only runs on carbon-neutral servers. You can read about our commitment to the climate and environment here.

The data you input into Remotish is only stored on EU servers (except payment info). You are covered by the EU's data protection and privacy laws.
